After you find that you can’t receive the program, don’t worry about  it. The exclusion method should be used to gradually eliminate all possible causes and identify the problem site.

1. First check whether the connection between the receiver and the TV is correct.

2. Then check whether the parameter settings of the receiver are correct, and whether the LNB power in the receiver menu is turned on.

3. Then check whether the coaxial cable is broken and whether each connector is off.

4. Find a good quality LNB and replace the original one to  rule out the possibility of damage of the LNB

5. If there is no problem with the LNB, find a good receiver to replace the original receiver, and eliminate the problem of the receiver.

6. If there is no problem with the receiver, consider whether the antenna position has moved, first adjust the elevation angle, and finally adjust the azimuth angle.
